Take Us Out to the Ball Game

It's Poplar Bridge night at the Twins game! Each year, we have a section of seats blocked off together for families from school. We all get to sit together and enjoy the game! This has been a tradition for the 9 years that Mommy has been working at PB, and we've missed only 1 of them! Sadly, this will be the last year of PB night, as it'll be a while (until the newness wears off) until they'll host such events in the new stadium! We're off to catch the train! Nana, thanks for hanging out with Amelia for the night! She may not be interested in too much of the game and is a little busy for sitting for 2 hours!
Heading downtown via the train...

Oops...this picture is supposed to be after the next one! A little out of order...
Carter's posing for his last Twins game at the Dome!
Some shots of the view...

We need to see Mauer in a Twins jersey for years to come...but Carter's banking on the fact that after next season, it'll be off to New York for him! I guess we'll have to be Yankee fans then?!
Thanks for the memories, Metrodome! It's definitely the end of a legacy! We'll still visit to cheer for our Vikes, though!
