It took a little longer than with Carter, but it finally happened...Amelia fell asleep in the high chair. She's usually too interested in eating to worry about sleeping, but she was really tired that day and had a big fall...asleep!
And, this was the after-math of a big fall...down! Although Mommy swears that she's right there all the time, Daddy says that Amelia's totally accident-prone. (Let's chalk it up to being much more fearless than Carter ever was and the fact that she has a big brother that she thinks she can do everything just like!) While climbing on the bench of a picnic table, she went right off the other side and skinned up her forehead REALLY bad. There were BIG tears and a big owie that lasted for nearly 2 weeks. But, thankfully it wasn't in a spot that got re-opened frequently and should heal without notice...we hope at least! Otherwise, she'll be destined for bangs for life!
