Look out TwinsFest, here come the Hanson boys! Billy and Carter spent Friday evening and Papa and Carter spent all day Saturday at this fun-packed and people-packed event hosted for, what may be the last time, at the Metrodome!
He looks like a natural addition to the Twins line up if I've ever seen one!
Carter rocked the batting cage!
And he hit a triple during the kids' game!
What an exciting couple of days! Carter got to touch the "blue baggie" in the outfield, run the bases at the Metrodome, sneak into the Vikings locker room, get a close look at the World Series trophies, and meet some players. Brian Duensing, Joe Nathan, and Michael Cuddyer signed the pictures of Carter with them that we took last summer when we met them at Majors. He also got to see Cory Koski, Jason Kubal, Rod Carew, Al Newman, and Tony Oliva.
